LFHere’s a quick commentary on our play session of Lasers & Feelings. We talk about the mechanics of the games system and what tweaks we would explore to give more room to all aspects of the game. It’s gonna take the superior technical knowledge and the ingenuitive quick wit of the entire crew if they wish to bring the story to a close in this episode. One thing is for sure, their plan could cause lasting cosmic repercussions for the entire planet. But that’s a risk you take in letting the dangerous one come up with the plan.

In this episode, you can really tell that we thoroughly enjoyed this part of the story as the pop-culture references were quite abundant. The crew takes the entire ship into the mysterious hole in the ground and ultimately find a little more than they bargained for.

The “Away Team” finds that the planet is much different than when they were there previously; particularly in it’s population. Felix and the doctor work frantically on the ship’s “goo crisis”, and try to restore everything to working order for the crew’s newly formed dangerous plan.

On the Finale of the Cosmic Patrol mini-series, Isaac and Delta Zed fight off some monsters that are pulling them into the surface. The planet is turning into a psychedelic disco ball of doom. The moon man crunches numbers, looking to figure out why the planet is pulsing. Can they figure out the mystery of the comet before it’s too late???

Here’s the latest episode of our Cosmic Patrol one-shot session! Hope you all enjoy!

As the Crew of the U.S.S. Roddenberry go to investigate the mysterious signal, they encounter… DANGER!! When an atmosphere leak occurs, Thogar has to choose: does he save himself by putting on his space suit, or will he close the air lock and save the crew?

Meanwhile, Ken Costigan and Keel have to evade strange projectiles coming off of the meteor. Isaac and Delta Zed work to repair the ship despite the shaking and jostling that is occurring.

Cosmip PatrolIt’s time for a new Thursday one-shot! For the next four weeks, we’ll be zooming around the solar system in a cigar-shaped rocket, protecting the inner planets from all sorts of danger! The system is Cosmic Patrol from Catalyst games. It means to capture the golden era of science fiction, drawing inspiration from Buck Rogers, The Lensman, John Carter, “X Minus One”, and more. This episode, we meet the characters, and begin the mission. The crew members of the U.S.S. Roddenberry have to stop a comet that is careening towards Sol while emitting signals of odd origins! Will they be able to determine the source of this erratically behaving phenomenon???
