BTT EoW 4.93: Dead Man’s Switch

Desperate times, desperate measures, that’s about the only way to sum up the group’s solution for the current dilemma. And as if things aren’t bad enough already, a new Council member drops in unexpectedly. A couple characters spring into action with some quick-witted and unexpected counters of their own, but they trigger a dire consequence for one character in particular.

We start off on our 2nd life for this adventure, after a player couldn’t resist doing something just to see what would happen. Also, this time around seems to be a bit more of a puzzle that takes a little bit of trial and error to solve. But honestly, who hasn’t spent hours playing a game, wandering across the map, and missing the one bit of crucial equipment?

Things start heating up in this episode, literally, with a Dead-drop recon mission, and a bunch of little Kaiju (nicknamed Kaijlettes) that just won’t drop-dead as they are told to. But at least a couple characters may get some new tech gadgets out of it… if they survive.

BTT One-Shot: Parsely, Ep. 1

Here’s a different kind of role playing game from a familiar game designer, Jared A. Sorenson. This game plays like an old style, text-based computer game, so the cast will have to work together to beat the story before they run out of lives, or chances to save the game. And of course, it wouldn’t be Bone Throwers Theater if some of the choices made weren’t thought all the way through. This is going to be a fun one!
